The key to losing weight effectively is to use all 3 elements in an intelligent and effective manner.  Our goal is teach you a way that you can utilize each of these concepts in your everyday life.

Here is why:

Only Diet – Most diets aren’t effective because they cause you to change your eating habits drastically and are not a practical way to live.  Diets alone cannot boost your metabolism or shape your body. 
Remember: Diets are temporary, the results are temporary!

Only Cardio – A common mistake in cardio training is to 20-30 min, 4-5 days a week on a treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike.  But if you don’t do the proper amount for your particular fitness goal then it could spell trouble.  Too much cardio could mean that you could lose muscle and too little means that you’re burning off as many calories as you’re consuming.

Only Weight Training – This is a good way to build up muscle (which burns fat even at rest) and protect your joints.  The only problem is that it isn’t the only solution to losing weight.  Weight training needs to be done with proper technique to build muscle quickly and with enough rest to not over train.
